Here is my Meal plan – To Get The Glow!
I know that many of you have been waiting for it. This is my typical food schedule that I follow when I want my skin to be « flawless ». As you may see, I eat a lot of veggies. In addition to this, you should keep in mind that I drink plenty of water. On the schedule, you can see 6 days and it’s because I have one cheat day a week. 2-3 liters of water/day
1 magnesium tablet
1 fish oil capsule
½ apple cider vinegar shot
